The community organizer
A community does not come together on its own. Behind every active community stands a community organizer who initiates, connects and drives. A 90-minute lecture that begins with the question of who the people driving communities are and what motivates them, moves on to the question of the capacity to change, resources and skills, describes the organizer's day-to-day practice and the path to forming a leading team, and ends with a survey of technologies that can support their work.
