Engagement ladder

One of the central challenges for community leaders is how to move members toward greater involvement in what is happening. Usually the action is intuitive, based on trial and error. The engagement ladder methodology helps sharpen the intervention by defining engagement stages, creating incentives, measuring and reflecting. It concludes with a concrete action plan the leader can implement immediately.

Final output

Community leaders leave with an understanding of the engagement ladder methodology, an examination of their own community through it, identification of gaps and opportunities – and a prioritized list of actions for increasing engagement. All the insights from the process are gathered in a Miro board that will serve the leader in the further development of the community.
