The members: the community's core

There is no community without people, but there are people without a community. The people system in Community Mechanics deals with the human component and with the question of how to shape it in a way that strengthens the community and allows it to achieve its goals. Answers to questions such as who a community member is, how one becomes a community member and how the ties between members are strengthened, make it possible to sharpen the interventions that make the difference between people and a community.
