Managing community resources

A community that does not create value for its members will not last over time. In a reality where states answer basic needs and companies such as Roblox, Netflix and TikTok compete for leisure time, a community needs to create meaningful value in order to attract members, and even more meaningful value for them to be engaged and active in it. A two-hour workshop dealing with how a community identifies its members' needs, raises resources and translates them into attractive value propositions.
